‘Fit4Cricket’ is an exciting programme of weekly 60 minute sessions, which incorporate cricket-specific cardiovascular, strength, power, core & flexibility areas of fitness. As well as the direct physical benefits gained from partaking in this exercise, these sessions are designed to provide your children with a continued sense of community and engagement within cricket, a consistent weekly routine, and an exposure to the fantastic mental health benefits that exercise provides!
The girls’ sessions will be run by Marie Kelly (Head of Girls’ Cricket at Complete Cricket & current Central Sparks Professional Cricketer).
The boys’ sessions will be run by Chris Withington (Experienced Complete Complete Coach & current semi-professional footballer!)

Dates: Boys: Sunday 7th, 14th, 21st & 28th March 2021 Girls: Saturday 6th, 13th, 20th & 27th March 2021
Times: 10am – 11am
Cost: £5 per session (£20 for the block)
Ages: 9 – 18 *All exercises will have an easier or harder option to suit individual fitness, experience & age.
